FAQ
Which photos of the property are needed?
Sharp, well-exposed photos without blown-out windows, shot straight on or at a slight angle with straight verticals. Wide shots lend themselves best to movement. I tell you from the start what can be used.
What's the difference between animated photos and a presentation film?
Animation sets each photo in motion on its own: you get short shots, one per photo. A presentation film links the spaces in an edit, with pacing and music, and is quoted per project.
What can be animated?
A slow camera move (push-in, tracking), light, sky, curtains. Thin lines, text, reflections and people are the most fragile elements.
How do you tell the real property from a furnishing projection?
A projection carries the label “non-contractual projection” on every image and can sit next to the original photo. A presentation video doesn't alter the property.
What are these videos suited for?
