What people ask me before a first conversation.
Are all the images AI-generated?
Most are. Some projects mix live-action footage with AI imagery, like Cocktail Vision. Each project states what was generated.
How does a quote work?
Describe your project through the form, by email or on a call. I come back with a proposal setting out formats, length and price. Only the UGC pack has a public price.
Can I order a single UGC video?
Yes: one 15-second video costs €50, the pack of five €250.
Do you build websites outside real estate?
Yes. I design and rebuild websites for freelancers, businesses, shops, brands and cultural organisations. The first audit is free.
Does a furnishing projection show the real property?
No. It shows a possibility and always carries the label “non-contractual projection”.
Do you work outside France?
Yes. I work remotely, in English or French.
